Rosa and Said are the heart of Mare Nostrum. From a very young age, Rosa has been closely connected to the hospitality industry in Mojácar. With a special touch in the kitchen and an innate talent for pastry-making, she is well known for her delicious tiramisù and her cheesecake with berries.
Said, our artisan pizzaiolo and cook, born in Bolivia, is passionate about his profession and has more than 20 years of experience. He has worked in renowned restaurants and pizzerias across the Iberian Peninsula and has received multiple awards, most notably his victory in the Classic Pizza category at the “First Spanish Championship Pizza por Pasión” in 2013, as well as his first-place finishes in the speed category at the Campionato Mondiale del Pizzaiuolo Trofeo Caputo in 2018 and 2022 in Naples, Italy.
